Basic Program Description
The Stepping Stones™ Alzheimer’s Care Program was designed to provide the special care necessary to enhance the lives of residents with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia. The creative and flexible nature of the program allows it to be tailored to meet the changing needs of each individual. And to help prevent wandering, the Stepping Stones ™ program is located in a separate, secured section of the building. The program focuses on meeting the social, spiritual, health and nutritional needs that are so important for maintaining the well-being of the memory impaired resident. By providing a positive, supportive, loving environment, residents experience enhanced self-worth and acceptance, allowing them to live as comfortably and independently as possible.
Wedgewood Terrace is a non-profit senior living community in Lewiston, ID. We are an assisted living facility with dedicated, flexible staff available 24 hours a day. We can provide senior day care and accept Medicaid. In-house shuttles take our residents to and from appointments.
